This dolls pattern for a “Rosebud” miniature baby doll is from the English Woman’s Weekly, published on 24 July 1954.  At the time you could order the doll from Messrs Bentalls Ltd, Toy Department, Kingston-on-Thames in Surrey for a mere 2s 6d plus 8d for postage.  I wonder if they still stock this little doll.
